Supporting a person with a learning disability at the end of their life

"Making the most of life ...before I die" is a workbook developed by Enfield Council in partnership with Edenvale Care and other local services. The workbook is aimed at any anyone who could be supporting someone at the end of their life. This could include their
family, friends, specialists, paid or unpaid staff.

The workbook is designed to be used as part of the Enfield ‘End of life care pathway.
